Returns and Refunds

You have the right to request a return for eligible physical products. Please review our policy below.

📦 Physical Products (Handmade Amulets, Crystals, etc.):

• Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

🔮 Spiritual Services (Readings, Consultations):

• All digital or one-on-one services are non-refundable once delivered.

• If you are unhappy with the service, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request a photo of the item to resolve the issue quickly.
